Upon subscription activation and payment confirmation, SailOps will provide you with access to the web-based management platform and mobile applications. Access credentials will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Service access is typically activated within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. In some cases, account setup may require additional time for configuration and onboarding.
New customers may receive initial onboarding support to help set up their account and understand the platform features. Additional training and support services may be available for an additional fee.
SailOps is a cloud-based service accessible via web browsers and mobile applications. The Service is designed to be available 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues.
SailOps operates on a per-boat subscription basis. Each boat managed through the platform requires an active subscription. You may add or remove boats from your subscription at any time, with prorated billing adjustments.
Your subscription period begins on the date of payment confirmation and continues for the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
SailOps reserves the right to modify, update, or enhance the Service at any time. Updates may include new features, bug fixes, security patches, or changes to existing functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that may affect their use of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data. We will provide your data in a standard format (e.g., CSV, JSON) within 30 days of your cancellation request. After the cancellation period, we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.
If payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is received. You will be notified of payment issues and given a reasonable opportunity to resolve them.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
We may terminate or discontinue the Service at any time with 30 days' notice. In such cases, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
After cancellation, we will retain your data for a period of 90 days to allow for account reactivation or data export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted unless required to be retained by law.
You may downgrade your subscription (reduce the number of boats) at any time. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will be charged the prorated amount for the reduced subscription.
You may upgrade your subscription (add more boats) at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the additional boats for the remainder of your current billing period.
SailOps shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, or government actions.
Standard support is included with your subscription and is available via email. Response times may vary based on the nature of your inquiry. Premium support options may be available for an additional fee.
Scheduled maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours when possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed at any time to address critical security or stability issues.

We reserve the right to modify these Delivery and Return Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
